Shipping policy
YOUR PATIENCE IS REWARDED
As soon as we receive your order, our factory team immediately ships your product to the delivery address you provided. By saving on expensive warehouse storage in the Netherlands, we are able to offer you the lowest possible price.
As a result, delivery takes slightly longer than you may be used to (4–6 days). However, this longer shipping time is outweighed by the many benefits, such as free shipping, always track & trace, and the guarantee of excellent, fast customer service.
Shipping
The processing time for each order is 1 business day. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed, please email us at alice@maysaperiodwear.nl to inquire about the status of your order. Refunds, if necessary, will be handled via email.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us by email to receive the correct return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank—processing time is often required before a refund appears.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at iris@maysaperiodwear.nl.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
Returning an Item
To return your product, please email your reason for return to iris@maysaperiodwear.nl.

Lost / Missing Packages
We are not liable if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before completing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for your order at no cost to you.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs charges may apply.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please contact us if you experience any issues with tracking your package.
My tracking says: “Currently no information available”
It usually takes 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
We always choose the most sustainable shipping method to reduce CO₂ emissions. As a result, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments at different times.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to your address. This allows us to avoid multiple middlemen and couriers, meaning your package travels a shorter distance, produces less CO₂, and is less harmful to the environment.
You know those unnecessary plastic luxury packages? We don’t do that at Maysa. We do not participate in so-called “air shipping,” where oversized packaging is used unnecessarily. After all, that extra space just gets thrown away, right? 🌱
